What we collect

Your email address, chosen states and consent time when you sign up for the free digest (stored on Cloudflare). For paid plans, Stripe collects your payment details and we receive your email, plan and the filter you choose (state, permit type, counties/keywords). We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

Only to send the alerts and digests you signed up for, billing notices and service messages. We do not sell or rent your information. We may publish or sell aggregated, anonymous statistics (for example, how many signups chose a given state), which never include names, email addresses or individual records, and we leave out any group smaller than 5 people.

Processors

Stripe (payments), Buttondown and Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare (hosting and signup/filter-change form storage), GitHub (automation). Each processes data under its own privacy policy.

Public-record data

Alerts contain facility, company, applicant and location information from public government records, shown as published in the official notice. We don't collect phone numbers or personal emails from permit contacts. For TTB alcohol basic permits, individual permittees are masked and street addresses are omitted.

Your choices

Unsubscribe with the link in any email. Cancel paid plans in the Stripe billing portal. To delete your data, email .
